As a native San Franciscan, I still chuckle when I think of the famous columnist, Herb Caen, and one of his many classic lines..."Heaven is a great place but it still ain't San Francisco". I cannot think of a better place to practice real estate than in one of the most electrifying cities in the world and in a city I truly love. I obtained my California real estate broker's license in 1999 and salesperson's license in 1987. I have owned and operated a real estate office and established a partnership in a mortgage brokerage firm. Involved with a non-profit organization affiliated with HUD, I was hired to oversee the purchase, rehabilitation, and resale of close to 80 distressed single family homes. Through this program, the non-profit raised money for their cause, relieved neighborhoods of these distressed properties and helped first time buyers purchase a home when they could not in an ordinary market. My years in the business have been a blessing, providing a wealth of experience. It is now clear, we have moved into a new era via the internet. With its wealth of information and easy access coupled with ever advancing technology, the information highway is a boon for us all!  However, I believe there is no replacement for customer service. Nothing can substitute for calls returned promptly, direct answers to direct questions and my clients knowing that when they need to speak with me, I will not be hiding behind the technology. They will find me quickly.
